Welcome to Crestview Farm, Inc. - Home of the Center for Integrated Veterinary Sports Medicine (CIVSM). Dedicated to restoring and improving the health and performance of horses, we design sports development and therapy programs that reduce lameness and soreness while maximizing athletic achievement and longevity.

who we are & What We Do

CIVSM is a consulting and advisory service designed to educate the equestrian community on issues related to equine sports physiology, sport development and sports therapy/rehabilitation. At CIVSM, we don't simply ask "How do we get your horse better after injury or illness?" or "How do we maintain your horse's soundness?"  We  answer the question "How do we improve your horse's soundness and help prevent the injury or illness in the first place?" 

Our focus at Center for Integrated Veterinary Sports Medicine (CIVSM) is improving sports training and therapy. Achieving this obejctive requires educating trainers, veterianarians and owners in how training and conditioning affect the horse's body and ultimately lead to preventable soreness, reduction in performance and injury.

By integrating research and veterinary medicine disciplines with expertise in exercise physiology and sports therapy, we develop customized protocols that return injured equine athletes to productive performance and improve the health and soundness of healthy horses. As a result of our Biomechanical Guided Training^TM and comprehensive equine sports therapy expertise, we deliver:
